Privacy Policy

Last Updated: June 11, 2026

1. Scope and Commitment

Intecpro LLC ("we," "our," or "us") is a Limited Liability Company incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America. We are committed to protecting the privacy, security, and integrity of all personal data entrusted to us by our clients, prospects, and website visitors.

This Privacy Policy governs the collection, processing, storage, and disclosure of personal information obtained through our website (intecpro.com) and any associated service portals. It applies to all users regardless of their country of residence and has been designed to meet or exceed the requirements of applicable data protection frameworks, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

Data Controller: Intecpro LLC, 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, County of Sussex, United States of America. EIN: 61-1868389.

2. Information We Collect

We adhere strictly to the principle of data minimization. We only collect personal information when you voluntarily provide it through a specific interaction with our services:

  • Newsletter Subscriptions: Full name, email address, and optionally your company name. This data is collected solely to send you the updates you have requested.
  • Quote / Service Requests: Full name, business email, company name, country, phone number, and a description of the services required. This information is used exclusively to prepare and deliver your requested proposal.
  • WhatsApp Business Communications: If you initiate contact or provide consent to receive communications via WhatsApp, your phone number and conversation history are processed through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API). This processing is subject to Meta's own privacy terms. We do not initiate unsolicited WhatsApp contact; all messaging requires your explicit prior opt-in.

Passive Data (Technical Metadata): Our servers do not collect personal data from users simply browsing our website. However, for security, system integrity, and legal compliance purposes, we log technical connection metadata — including IP addresses, timestamps, and HTTP user-agent strings — associated with form submission attempts. This logging is limited to security monitoring and is not used for commercial profiling or marketing purposes.

3. Payment Data and PCI-DSS Scope Limitation

Intecpro LLC does not store, process, transmit, or have access to full credit or debit card numbers (Primary Account Numbers / PAN), Card Verification Values (CVV/CVC), PINs, or any other sensitive payment authentication data.

All payment processing is handled exclusively by certified third-party payment partners operating under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). By engaging with payment forms on our platform, you are interacting directly with our payment partners' secure infrastructure, not with Intecpro's servers.

Our current and prospective certified payment processors include:

  • PayPal — Active. Globally recognized PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment platform. Subject to PayPal's own Privacy Policy.
  • dLocal GO — Authorization pending. Internationally certified PCI-DSS compliant payment processor specializing in emerging markets.
  • Paydiverse — Authorization pending. PCI-DSS compliant payment diversification platform.

This limitation of scope significantly reduces the risk to your financial data. Intecpro bears no liability for the security of payment credentials, which are governed exclusively by each payment partner's own compliance certifications.

4. Use of Information

Personal information we collect is used exclusively for the following purposes:

  • To respond to, prepare, and deliver the specific service or information you have requested.
  • To send newsletter updates to subscribers who have explicitly opted in, and to send transactional communications (quotes, confirmations, invoices, project updates) to active clients.
  • To send WhatsApp Business messages exclusively to users who have provided verifiable prior consent (opt-in), in compliance with Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform policies and applicable messaging regulations.
  • To maintain the security and operational integrity of our infrastructure, including monitoring for automated attacks, unauthorized access attempts, and fraudulent submissions.
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations, including responding to lawful requests from regulatory or judicial authorities.

We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade personal data to third parties. We do not use your information for behavioral advertising or cross-site tracking.

5. Third-Party Disclosure and Cross-Border Data Transfers

As a company registered in the State of Delaware, USA, your personal data may be stored and processed on servers located in the United States. By interacting with our services, you acknowledge and consent to this transfer, which is conducted under robust encryption protocols and confidentiality agreements.

We share personal data with third parties only in the following strictly limited circumstances:

  • Payment Processing: dLocal GO, for the sole purpose of processing authorized transactions.
  • Communication Platforms: Meta Platforms, Inc. (WhatsApp Business Cloud API), solely for the delivery of messages to users who have opted in. Meta acts as a data processor and does not use WhatsApp Business messages for advertising targeting.
  • Email Infrastructure: Our corporate email system, used to transmit service-related communications.
  • Legal Compliance: When required by applicable law, court order, or legitimate governmental authority.

All third-party service providers engaged by Intecpro are contractually required to implement industry-standard security and data protection measures. Intecpro remains the data controller and retains responsibility for the lawfulness of processing.

6. Security Architecture and Technical Measures

We implement a multi-layered security architecture designed to prevent unauthorized access, data exfiltration, and corporate identity compromise. Our technical measures include, but are not limited to:

  • Transport Encryption: All data transmitted to and from our servers is encrypted using TLS (HTTPS). HTTP connections are automatically redirected to HTTPS.
  • Access Control: Sensitive corporate and legal documentation is protected by access control mechanisms with individual audit trails, including IP logging, timestamp recording, and reference-code-based authentication.
  • Automated Threat Filtering: Our infrastructure employs automated detection and blocking of known malicious IP ranges (including Tor exit nodes and botnet sources), outdated or spoofed browser signatures, and automated form submission scripts.
  • Rate Limiting: Form submissions are subject to rate limiting per IP address to prevent abuse, denial-of-service attempts, and bulk spam submissions.
  • Security Logging: Connection metadata and blocked access attempts are logged in secured files stored outside the public web directory. These logs are retained for a maximum of 12 months and are used exclusively for security analysis and legal defense purposes.

These measures are maintained as part of our organizational commitment to information security. However, no system can guarantee absolute security, and users are advised to exercise appropriate caution when transmitting information over the internet.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses only essential session cookies necessary for the technical operation of the site (e.g., language preference persistence). We do not use third-party advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or behavioral analytics tools that collect personally identifiable information.

We do not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar commercial tracking technologies on this website. Should this change, this policy will be updated and users will be notified via the revision date on this page.

You may configure your browser to refuse all cookies. Doing so will not materially affect your ability to use our website, as we do not require cookies for access to our core content.

8. WhatsApp Opt-In and Opt-Out

In compliance with Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform policies and applicable messaging regulations, Intecpro LLC will only send proactive WhatsApp messages to individuals who have provided explicit prior consent (opt-in).

When you provide your phone number and consent to WhatsApp communications, you will receive only the categories of messages to which you have specifically agreed (e.g., quote confirmations, service updates, support follow-ups). We do not send unsolicited promotional messages via WhatsApp.

To opt out of WhatsApp communications at any time, reply "STOP" to any message, or send an email to privacy@intecpro.com with the subject "WhatsApp Opt-Out." Opt-out requests are processed within 48 business hours. Your opt-out status and withdrawal timestamp are recorded and maintained in our suppression list.

9. Your Rights (ARCO and Equivalents)

Regardless of your country of residence, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by Intecpro LLC:

  • Access (A): The right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification (R): The right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Cancellation / Erasure (C): The right to request deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal retention obligations.
  • Opposition (O): The right to object to processing of your data for specific purposes, including direct marketing.
  • Data Portability: Where technically feasible, the right to receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Withdrawal of Consent: Where processing is based on consent, the right to withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

To exercise any of these rights, submit a written request to our dedicated privacy contact: privacy@intecpro.com. Please include your full name, the email address associated with your data, and a clear description of the right you wish to exercise. We will respond within 10 business days. Identity verification may be required before processing your request.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law:

  • Newsletter subscriber data: Retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
  • Quote request data: Retained for up to 3 years for business record-keeping and potential follow-up, or until you request deletion.
  • Security logs (IP addresses, technical metadata): Retained for a maximum of 12 months.
  • WhatsApp communication records: Subject to Meta's 30-day automatic deletion policy for Cloud API message content. Opt-in consent records are retained indefinitely as legal compliance documentation.

11. Children's Privacy

Our services are directed exclusively at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, we will delete it immediately. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact privacy@intecpro.com.

12. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. All modifications are effective immediately upon posting to this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly.

For material changes that significantly affect how we process your personal data, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users via email (where we hold your address) or through a prominent notice on our website prior to the change taking effect.
